The moment you get them from somewhere else, no, it cannot be deemed 100% safe.
Unless you compare the checksum is a match from the ones from Microsoft.
Yeah. But unless MS has blocked you, I still don’t see the point getting it elsewhere.
There are legitimate versions of windows that are hard to get as a non enterprise consumer. Such as some of the IOT versions that have much longer security support.
Windows LTSC ftw.
