Is this even legal? The companies that gave money to Embracer would lose their money, instead of Embracer who is responsible for the loss. Sounds fucked up to be honest.
So, how long before there's a fire sale at Asmodee, selling off all the valuable titles while the company itself craters under this debt burden?
