No wonder their gaming revenue fell. My 10 year old gaming pc’s mid tier graphics card is good enough to play modern games 1080p 60FPS mid-high settings. Everyone got into crypto mining, that boom is over, and now the data center, GenAI, is the big seller.

Yeah it's crazy how gpus performances skyrocketed yet games stayed mostly the same

They priced people out of the high end to do it... That's why. There's no console that comes close to a 4090 so you can't make games that really take advantage.

No one who does AI seriously gets AMD. AI market is extremely dominated by Nvidia.
