It doesn't and it isn't. The whole point of the parable is to say that it's impossible for a rich person to go to heaven.
You should check out APlatypus on Twitch. He went so deep into that hole of constantly shouting out and breaking action, that his stream became a comical bloat of videos and songs and meme clips playing on top of each other. I love the guy's personality and humour, but it's unwatchable after the first few laughs.
