Of ylu watch the video other core half life devs state they regret not finishing episode 3 with estimates thagbitbwoulf have only taken another ~2 years of work.

Although theybalsp pointed out we probably would have not gotten another game in exchange, like maybe portal or tf2

I refrigerate my butter and don't make toast very often. When I do make toast, I cut off the appropriate amount of butter and place it on the warm toast and let it sit to acclimate. After a moment, I spread it with a knife.

No, the spread is not amazing and creamy. It is still a little cold and chunky. But I don't care leaving your butter out is weird.

Ya their top tier plan was $150 for 1 Gig down 30 Mbps up, 1.25 TB data cap. You could pay an extra $20 a month for"unlimited " but they only allowed you to pay for "unlimited" on their top speed plan. Like I said their unlimited was also a straight up lie.

To be fair at that house I had roomates so we were all splitting it 4 ways.

I feel your pain, I was stuck with Cox for many years and was paying $170 a month for one gig down, 30 megs up. Unlimited data. But the unlimited data was a lie because they called and threatened me once because I was uploading too much, apparently uploading doesn't count for the unlimited data. Stupid assholes.

I was fortunate enough to move recently to a house that actually had fiber. My fiber provider just raised the price of their lowest plan, which is the one I'm on, 500 Mbps symmetrical for $65 a month. It used to be $50 a month. However, they lowered the price of all their faster plans. If I wanted, I could get 8 gigs symmetrical for $150 a month. That's less than I was paying for Cox just a year ago for 1 gig fake unlimited.

At my current provider, all their plans are truly unlimited, even the lowest tier one like the one I'm on.

I'm very excited for Apreras vehicles and hope they are successful. Their whole philosophy is hyper efficient vehicles and they are committed to open repair and bring consumer friendly.

They seem to be the only company making cars or attempting to make cars that makes a point to say that they will make it as easy as possible for you to control, repair and fix your own vehicle.

Arguably incorrect statement from you, and either way humans already make more mistakes, fatal mistakes, compared to a full self driving car system like Waymo.

Getting a ride in an autonomous Waymo is safer than an Uber.

I also use Firefox on my work computer, I need to quickly authorize a login in the browser before the local "app" opens ("app" because it's just a webpage pretending to be an app) and I just recently got a notification that slack won't support Firefox anymore so please switch to chrome. The fucking animals.

I'm just telling you how it is, people's feelings on this won't stop the march of progress. Machines will take over most driving tasks, it's inevitable.

"A man can notice a mistake and correct it, a machine will continue as if everything is fine." Even if this is 100% true you already say yourself that machine driving will still be safer "user error to fuck it up for every body." User error will 100% be why autonomous vehicles will be overall significantly safer to use and be around vs manual driving vehicles.

Na driverless cars are the future and tens of thousands of people will be saved from car accident deaths per year once most cars are automated. And this may happen in my lifetime which is cool.

You have a bad take imo.

I actually don't know what people's hesitancy is, but I've seen numerous people say proton is not good, we'll see if anybody chimes in with a reason.
