I agree that it's bad that there's a false impression of privacy, but I think it would be better to allow this as an extension or something and not include it as a feature in the UI, or at least not on by default. That way people who otherwise wouldn't bother won't be tempted to drive themselves crazy looking for imaginary enemies.

I think the hate it gets is undeserved, Skibidi Toilet is objectively an impressive achievement of 3d animation and minimal surrealist storytelling, it's obvious that the person who made it has been doing this for a long time and is very skilled. People are just dismissive because the main target audience is children and not them.

I can agree it's a little bit racist and wrong to tell the story using that sort of slur, and honestly I kind of think likely the entire story is very racist due to being fake and made up to get a laugh at the expense of Indian people, but if it's real it seems worse to be knowingly bringing harassment down on your coworkers by intentionally antagonizing people for a laugh when you're supposed to be doing your job, I think that probably does more actual harm.
This often happens to me on Windows with the Index so it might not even be a Linux specific issue
