what kind of narc behaviour is this

it means the internet is a series of tubes again

i prefer to call them divorced losers whose children hate them

because so much of conservative thought is about having captive audiences; look at how much they try to whine when they get protested at a school campus.

right wing accounts are learning that they're nothing without constant rage bait interactions.

wow who could have predicted this considering they're the same companies who said they wouldn't donate to republicans after january 6th three months before they started donating to republicans again.

because bsky actually listened to their users and implemented features they asked for unlike mastodon who attacked migrators during the first twitter migration.

bsky also had a bunch of marginalised people - including trans people - as early adopters that helped shape their views on moderation.

The incident occured just a week after Polymarket successfully predicted President-elect Donald Trump’s win.

you misspelled manipulated the market so shady people could pump and dump

not surprised since crooks love corrupt officials

piracy is more important now than ever before because fuck american companies, the billionaires that own them, and the american economy.

probably a long shot but are there any lightweight alternatives to windows file explorer for 2024?

i'm stuck on windows for now until the time comes to grab a new laptop. so sick of the default one in windows 11 though.

I'm currently using an HP with Windows 11 and WSL but I'd love to switch to Linux, proper - at least just on my development machine. I'm standard LAMP, though I also would use Node and Rails, too.

I use AI and PS (though I'm familiar with Inkspot and Gimp, if WINE isn't perfect for them), Visual Studio Code/Codium, Git, and Chrome/Firefox.

What are some of the best places to look for machines that can work for this? I'd prefer Debian, though I'm fine with Ubuntu. I've looked at Dell but they seem limited with what is available.
