We really need a court case or law that protects a users ability to tamper with their own consumer electronics. This is very silly, people aren't building bombs out of their Nintendo switches. They're running software on them to play games in more places.

At this point I'm just not supporting Nintendo in whatever ways possible. They're angry about games leaking and decided that the best thing to do is go scorched earth on emulators for some reason.

I paid for a switch, I paid for a copy of ToTK and Mario Wonder. I'm going to play those games in whatever way is most convenient to me, if that happens to be on a PC with my Switch Pro controller then that's none of their business.

It's under device care -> auto optimization in settings. You can also just search "restart" in settings and it should pop up.

This one seems a bit iffy from the article at least. Mainly the part where they're saying it's an issue that Corning wanted to hear about competitive offers from competitors that they could beat. That sounds like things working as expected.

Note the "completely align", if you care about the conflict in Israel and the Gaza strip then the worst decision you could make is allowing Trump to win and give Netanyahu free reign to do whatever he wants.

It's super hit or miss, odds are it's using azure though and not just running a model locally.

Yeah Zen is really nice, was going to try Arc one time but was immediately turned off by the account requirement.

To be completely honest I think most sane people are going to be okay if bluesky ends up as even a slightly better version of what Twitter was.

Of all the sources to use for accurate info on current events I'd say Reuters is probably one of the best. I'm not so naive as to think that these deals aren't basically just trying to stall any meaningful cases on the legality of these models though.

If nothing else though at least these companies get to be propped up for their work in a small way.
