most likely they don't want to get into any legal trouble and it's like a thing they're rolling out on per country basis rather than creating a blocklist of countries where it's illegal

entire home tab is just ad space and can be disabled
or just upgrade to enterprise, comes with no ms 365 ads and the home tab is disabled out of the box.
you'll get literally zero ads or bs like onedrive in built-in apps, and even anti features like ms account login can be disabled (os will just skip right to local account creation)
btw the app language should be based on the one set in the os, not location
administrator in windows != root, it's more like user account in sudoers file (but without password auth) processes don't start out with admin rights under administrator accounts on windows, they still need to request the user to elevate (unless uac is off)
what about making actual authoritative servers?
that would break most cheats except *-bots
also there's usually no need to replicate the entire game state on all clients, some details like movements of players out of view can be omitted (ofc this doesn't apply to lol but whatever)

I've never had any issues with EAC, it's probably one of the least invasive kernel-level anticheats out there (with vanguard being the most invasive)
must be a cool device to jailbreak and mess around with just for the sake of it tho

you have to sign out of your account before resetting the phone in order to prevent tripping the protection.
in case you trip it, you need to enter your credentials, your phone will reboot and do another wipe stage and then will jump right back to the OOBE, fully unlocked.
