I never thought I'd say this but, I hope Google loses their appeal on the third party store..
I'm so fucking tired of line goes up capitalism preventing us from being able to enjoy the things we've already purchased..
Wait, why am I able to buy Steam game in the Steam app that I installed from Google Play? How are they avoiding the same billing policy that the Xbox is falling victim to here?
Content you can consume on the device is treated differently from purchases of anything else.
I wonder if this is a factor in why the steam link app (which allows you to stream your games) seperate from the steam app that lets you buy games.
So if there was no ability to stream Xbox games to your phone, Google would presumable be okay with allowing game purchases?
