There are plenty of great non-msm perspectives challenging traditional narratives in America/ the west. State sponsored media from a nation with very clear biases is not among them.

Saying โ€œyour sources of news are bad so Iโ€™m going to post equally bad ones from a different sideโ€ doesnโ€™t help anyone, posting better sources does.

The whole notion of dismissing information because it's from a state media source is so bonkers. You don't have to accept their framing, and you can go look up other sources to get different perspectives on a particular piece of news. The reality is that any outlet will have its own biases and leanings. That doesn't mean the news it reports should be discarded out of hand. I read mainstream western media every day, yet I hardly agree with any of their opinions.
