I don't read German, but I was curious and wanted to let an LLM translate it at least a little. They published a PDF which has full-page images in it. Why? It's utterly perplexing to publish something to the internet that way. It's like having the ability to share a stone tablet, but instead you take a picture of it and put that behind glass with a filter so that it can only be viewed form certain angles.

Sometimes, I don't understand Germans.

Time to learn ,first start with dutch ,almost tesame as german
