I don't understand why these projects keep appearing on fucking GitHub lol.

I know it is not the case right now, but still if anyone has the answer please let me know.

that isn't Immune to takedown either, just a DMCA to the host and the site is gone

They didn't need to have a completely secure solution, but they don't have to make it as easy as possible.
