Isn't that like 90% of the point of the repack? To heavily compress things and drastically reduce the download size of a game?
I thought 90% was defeating DRM and 10% was reducing download size. Doesn't matter how quick the download is if DRM blocks you from running the game.
I don't pirate games (any more) but my understanding is that FitGirl is one of the few crackers who can defeat denuvo, which means the only choice for pirates is repack.
That's just downloading the game and getting the crack.
You are mistaking Fitgirl (generally seems to be a pretty cool person) with Empress (transphobic shitbag but puts the time in to remove denuvo). Fitgirl repacks are generally more about massive compression and dealing with the mess that is (generally nintendo and) emulators for modern platforms. Like, I allegedly grabbed my copy of breath of the wild out of one of her repacks because I could not be bothered to figure out how to get all the DLCs set up.
Thanks for this, I was confusing them with Empress (which probably should be an additional crime)
