I will never understand some memes. Okay so he's sort of making some kind of face. I have literally no clue what emotion is expressed or what anyone thinks is being expressed. He looks maybe slightly frustrated but I can't be sure. That's funny in some manner?

I'm not sure what would be funny about this image either. I think he looks predatory more than anything else in this image. Maybe its just supposed to be relatable and the conservative who made this meme thought it would be cool/manly in some messed up way? Idk
