“Dear diary, today, a patient seemed insecure about their body- they believed that they had a distended gut, bulbous small muscle groups, and atrophied testicles. I alleviated their worries by commenting on their vivid shoulder tattoo of an anthropomorphic frog and complimenting the size of their testicles. Another one spared from dysmorphia.”
