Russian Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut urged people to go to church and pray for rain as the persistent lack of precipitation puts the sowing of winter wheat at risk.

That's their idea, pray for rain? How far they have fallen. Old Slavs knew that only human sacrifice helps bring rain

Defenestration is a sacrifice to protestant God. Not Slavic or even orthodox. No wonder they aren't seeing results.
