There is a stupid bug in the game currently that requires you to have a sound output or the game crashes. I just moved and cannot find my speakers, and it is not recognizing my onboard speakers, or Bluetooth, or headphones.

Reminds me of the original PC port of Star Wars Battlefront 2. It needed a microphone plugged into the front 3.5mm mic input or else the game would crash on start up.
There are virtual sound card drivers you can install.
Or the devs could have fixed the bug and not expect the player to work around it.
I can't imagine why someone downvoted this, unless one of the devs is here on lemmy, lmao
