Hi everyone,

I've just set up a radicale on my server to share ToDo Lists in my household, and all is going well on my Android phone.

I'm currently struggling to work out the right app to use on IOS that isn't Apple's reminders (my wife hates that app) that supports CalDav.

Any suggestions on what to use?

@Starfarer @selfhosted been searching for a good CalDAV app for iOS forever now, I’m on the calendar side of things though, and still haven’t found one. Please update me if you find a good one!

Ah, that doesn't fill the with confidence!

I'll be sure to post back here if I find anything

CalenGoo? It doesn't look amazing out of the box but it's very customizable. It can do events and tasks (aka todo or reminders).

Stock Remunders app, that's the best

I use Fantastical; pretty decent for an iOS App - if not a bit pricey.

Edit: As an important note, while I've used Fantastical for years, it's really only for the Mac ecosystem so I'm looking to move away from it.

Nowadays Morgen is my Calendar app of choice, but its iOS app isn't feature complete yep. It's fantastic on desktop, though.

Most apps integrate with reminders in some way, but only import from there. I am also looking for a long time now. The only app that comes to mind is Obsidian with the „Remotely Save“ sync plugin. I use it for notes but you can use obsidian for todo lists.

Thanks for the info, it just seems so strange that there are loads of options on Android and so few on IOS. Everyone seems to have designed their own cloud back up system complete with subscription service.

It does look like "2do" is an option but it is £9.99 and there doesn't seem to be a trial

I use 2Do on my iphone and like it. I'm pretty sure i haven't paid for it. At least I can't remember paying, and can't find a receipt either in my mails nor the appstore.

This one right? Looks like it's $9.99, I'll check on my partners phone and see if it's the same on the actual app store

You are right. I found the receipt in App Store. I bought it in 2022 at a 50% discount campaign. Sorry to get your hopes up.

I'm happy to pay if it's good, but it just feels a bit overkill for what we are after.
