My goal is just to have a community where people can go and see what new game news is out for the day and comment on it.
Other communities:
They're already in the negatives. Just overwatch alone has ruined their reputation so bad between abandoning OW1 to work on 2, shoving 2 out the door unfinished with cosmetics being macrotransaction only, delaying PvE and story mode, CANCELLING campaign mode and making PvE stories another purchase, making OW2 5v5 and ruining tank balance to cater to professional play, then KILLING the professional scene entirely. Just so many fucking missteps. Overwatch died the day Jeff left and I believe he knew what was coming and could do nothing to stop it.
And that's not even mentioning any of the other scandals, like Diablo immortal, hearthstone's free Taiwan debacle, HotS dying, or all the sexual harassment/assault that's basically baked in to the company culture.
I know boycotts don't really work so I don't expect people to boycott blizzard, but if you're still giving them money, I will laugh when they shit in your mouth and say it's chocolate.
I know. But the rose tint on a lot of Blizzard fans glasses is strong to the point of being so near black they are basically blind.
It's unfortunate, but blizz legit has oceans of goodwill with some people, still waiting to dry up.
