Don't phrase it like they fucked up. Their publisher made them stop doing the subgenre they pioneered, to chase the latest "it always makes a billion dollars!" trend, and now they're resuming things they actually wanted to do.

Was Gotham Knights not part of that continuity? Huh.
I've played all the Batman games. Not Gotham knights and I have never even heard of the suicide squad game. But I instantly ignore all online multiplayer games so I guess that could be the reason.
