Why the fuck is everything becoming Fortnite. I don't want to open up Fortnite to play a rhythm games.

Not to mention how absolutely bonkers stupid that sounds… What in the world is Harmonix doing?

They're owned by Epic so I'm not sure how much of this decision is theirs.

Yeah epic seem to be going the way of "why make more games when one game can be bigger" that one game being Fortnite. It will not surprise me if in a few years all of the studios they bought not too long ago will only be working on fortnite versions of games they used to make. Rocket League will disappear soon I bet.

They're basically turning Fortnite itself into a console in a way. Or maybe a really elaborate storefront I guess? Even though you don't buy the games.

I'm amazed they were still making content, kudos to them for not pulling a pinball "engine remake, buy all your dlc again, but 50% off for previous dlc owners"

End of an era. That said, while RB4 was one of the first Xbox One titles I ever bought, I don’t think I’ve picked up my guitar or mic in about 4 years, let alone bought any new music.

As long as the music just stays available, I’ll probably still jump in again some day, but kudos to them for putting out weekly music since the Rock Band 1 days in the 360 era.

The only reason I haven't been playing Rock Band with my buddies every week is because even as they release songs constantly, they refuse to make more instruments. Rock Band and Guitar Hero are timeless, they just need to give us the ability to play the damn games and people will keep buying them.
