Presumably Sánchez was involved with Spain disallowing the use of their territory for military flights in the new Iran war. Maybe US gas stations will start selling freedom flies.

Not to be pedantic, bu Pedro Sánchez, president of the government of Spain. Spain is a monarchy without a président as head of state.
