Oh course. Certainly don't mention the Democrat party that ran two uncompelling candidates against the most flawed opponent in history, spent 2.5 billion dollars in 15 weeks while having almost no presence nationally, and give the American people nothing to get excited about, exerting no effort while expecting IQs above 100 and plenty of involvement from every voting American in order to win, even though those Americans don't really understand that inflated prices aren't going down but that's not the administration's problem, they're not going to change anything.
WHAT COULD GO WRONG?
What could go wrong is millions of childish idiots would decide to walk across broken glass barefoot because they don't like the choices of shoes available. And then blame it on whoever brought the shoes.
I don’t disagree with you fully, both things are to be blamed here. An average person should do a proper research before voting, but a party should also give people what they want instead of forcing specific candidates. To be blunt, good amount of voters are idiots and ignorant, so it’s party’s responsibility to figure out what they want and then base their campaign on that. Thats where primaries can play a huge part.
The Democratic Party did try to campaign based on what they thought the public wanted and what the country needed, and more than 74 million people showed up and voted for her. The 10 million or so Democrats who voted in 2020 but didn't in 2024, who could have changed the outcome but didn't, can't blame the party for their own fuckheadedness.
