Kissless hugless virgin, also sometimes seen as khhv (kissless, hugless, handholdless virgin)

It’s like an incel status thing they came up with to further differentiate themselves among their peers. Implying that not only are they sexually inexperienced, but have also never been physically intimate with someone in any way
