maybe when you donate to your instance, you can get some, or when you have x amount of upvotes, or when you have cake day (whe call it like that, right?)

I don't care for awards in general, but having one for donating to the instance could work as an incentive.

The one feature I'm missing that's not on Lemmy is flairs. They're particularly useful for sports communities or anything location/region based:)
