They just added DRM to a lot of these titles. Does anyone know if that kills their ability to work on the Steam Deck?

Exactly this. Because of the addition of Enigma to older titles I've personally unwishlisted any Capcom games and instead have actively clicked to ignore their entire catalog. Based on my understanding of how steam processes data, i think these actions matter, so I recommend others follow suit in similar protest.

Is there a good way to check? I would like to do the same, but I have like 100 games in my wish list, so it would take a while.

I just clicked on Capcom under developer on the store page for one of their game and then went to browse and filtered by games. It was a tedious process, I admit; I'm not aware of a better method but I wouldn't be surprised if one exists.
