They are talking about striking in the national media, a conversation started by an Alexander-Hamilton-moderate-conservative. This is it, it has hit the mainstream media and word is getting out to the people that aren't necessarily in the 50501, and like organizations, loop.

He's no convert. He's a conservative commentator. i.e. a grifter, a fool.

And...?

If he helps take Trump down, it means he helped take Trump down. Focus on the task at hand.

Yeah and good for him, but he's not getting a cookie. So he can get in the back with the rest of us and chant or whatever his thing is, but you know as soon as he gets his wish to get rid of trump he'll be right back to propping up the next trump for the same morally bereft intellectually dishonest reasons.

Look at history. France thought it was to their advantage to support the American colonies against England; then the French found it to their advantage to go against the Americans. Lee and Grant both fought on the same side in the Mexican War.

Okay, but there's no intellectual debate in those instances. The king said attack (or the equivalent thereof) and the soldiers did their jobs.

In Brooks' case he willingly ignored all the evidence of his eyes and ears, and the pleas of whoever he was undermining to support war criminals, racists, and bigots. For decades. And now, the final glorious result of all his work turns out to not be to his liking? Great. Here's a shovel, David. You suck. Now get to digging. And no, we're not renewing your column next year.

All I'm saying is this; last year people were screaming that they couldn't vote for Harris because Dick Cheney endorsed her. Let's play nice when anyone comes over. We can deal with them after we have a super majority and the White House.
