The person with Taalnazi as their username?

You must think the Nazis were socialists.

[–] nebulaone@lemmy.world 0 points 1 week ago (2 children)

I hope you realize they were literally national socialists (Nationalsozialisten).

Democratic People's Republic of North Korea.

Yup, complete historical ignorance confirmed.

No just a joke from the fact that found the fascist in a comment thread with a person with a name saying they are a grammar Nazi.

Also I don't think your response makes sense. Like it doesn't feel like a response to what I said but just a canned one cause I don't get how it fits.

It's pretty obvious. If someone thinks having "Nazi" in their UN means they're a Nazi, then that person must take surface-level names so literally that they think the historical Nazis were socialist.

That still doesn't make sense to me. They were fascists, so you are more just saying because you don't get the joke you think I must be confused about stuff you want me to be wrong about.

You are incredibly literal and not in any good way.

Taal is Dutch for 'language', just saying. The name was picked to mock people who police language and expression, like those that prohibit discussing LGBT issues and being in favour of them.
