From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

You want to install the same OS twice? But booting the first one doesn't work?
Two EFIs are fine, if you want to switch using your motherboard's boot selection. If you want to switch between the two using Grub one unencrypted boot partition after the first EFI is probably easier. But if your motherboard's boot loader is easy to reach using that to switch is probably the easiest way.
But apparently you cannot even boot into one OS. i would abandon all thoughts of two OSs and concentrate on getting one to boot. Did it work before you installed the second one?
