Civilian chalk artists now need armed civilan escorts to protect them from police.
Police are going to shoot someone for putting chalk on the pavement to remember the victums of a mass shooting.
This is America.
Florida isn't open carry, and now that the fascists are in power, likely never will be.
I think it is as long as you say you're fishing.
Or hunting or camping. But that law isn't as weak as it sounds. For example, you can't even stop at the gas station on the way or you are in violation. There's no practical way to open carry unless your are directly involved in these activities.
