He seems to be in limbo regarding that... From the article:

An Arizona school district has barred a teenage boy from boys’ sports teams, gym classes, and facilities

She said that the district also removed Laker from an all-boys gym class and have mandated that he use a separate restroom.

Sounds to me like he gets to use neither.

It's worth reading the entire article by the way. The fuckery in the details makes it worse.

So a case of hypocrisy. They manage to quite literally follow through with a clerical error in regards to his sex, even if it was quite literally stated that the written sex was invalid.

Now as a female (clerically) they are mandating (on what terms?) to use a different bathroom. Isn't that against human rights? To be deprived of functional integration.

Looks like they're just playing with him on the essence of incorrect sex. He is a victim of an authoritarian figure in which even basic rights of said female are not met.
