The original image was of Michelle Obama hugging George W. Bush. Those of us who were around back then remember how ghoulish W. Bush's administration was, and he is being rehabilitated by liberals in present era. So this meme is suggesting that a future Republican leader will come around and then liberals will rehabilitate Trump in order to frame that new republican as the ultimate evil.

Liberals have a tendency of whitewashing the history of fascists and other far-right politicians once they have left power. It's a part of the way capitalism reinforces itself via cultural hegemony, Churchill, Kissinger, Jimmy Carter, Obama, George W. Bush, etc have all been at minimum whitewashed in the eyes of mainstream liberals. Trump will likely also be culturally rehabilitated in the eyes of the mainstream a decade or two down the line.

Did you miss how GWB was rehabilitated or you weren't around when he was accused of stealing the election and compared with Hitler?

Democrats have a nasty habit of rehabilitating Republican politicians after they leave office. For example, ask Obama or Biden or any Democrat politicians about the Bushes or Reagan and you'll invariably get positive responses.
