From what I hear, Tibit now is getting its culture slowly ereased and turned into a han chinese tourist spot. After reading cowbee, maybe that culture is do for a change tho.
They aren't really having their culture erased. The old feudal slave system is wiped out, but things like their language and culture is preserved.
