I still pepper my Reddit profile with a cohesive fake backstory, alluded to through random posts.

Randomly have chud redditors reach out to me after I upset them, making vague jokes/threats about my non-existent family or non-existent health issues.

Feels good.

Have you hidden your profile? It's not automatic afaik, but it's an option that's available.

Yes, I toggled the setting over recently on Reddit - makes it a bit more fun to be weird in certain subs with very curious users.
