Some of those decoders are crazy. My dad was once testing one that able to show the feeds between reporters on site and the TV station, I remember watching half an hour of a camera lying on a table while in the background there was a reporter setting up an interview for later, or another one setting up the shot and rehearsing for the live connection with the newscaster.
