There is a gastrointestinal issue that uses poop as the fix in modern medicine. It's all about the application.
A doctor in Ajax Ontario saved a man who was dying of a antibiotic resistant infection. He made a poo milkshake to colonize the infection with other microbes. Once the resistant bacteria were outcompeted by the fecal sourced regular bacteria, a regular course of antibiotics cleared the dude up.
Yeah, fecal transplants are a legitimate medical procedure.
