I’m permaband from Reddit but I miss some local subs. I hope this encourages people to move away to something else.

That honestly isn't possible. I have several accounts perma banned and I just make new ones. VMs circumvent hardware ID mapping, VPNs circumvent IP banning. Until they require phone numbers to create accounts circumventing their bans is childs play.
