Did you free up space by manually deleting files from the boot partition? Then chances are you deleted some vital files and you should reinstall the kernels and grub.

IANAL but the DSA says nothing about requirements to inform reporters on a community moderation level. It is only concerned with illegal content and this cannot be simply flagged. It has to be a sufficiently substantiated explanation reported to the instance legal contact.

Before FUSE was available every filesystem driver had to be part of the kernel and adding a driver meant modifying the kernel. With FUSE filesystem drivers can be installed as normal software without the need to modify the kernel.
