Russia's not socialist. Either you still think Russia is the USSR or you're insinuating every socialist is apparently a Russian shill.
This might surprise you, but immigrating to socialist countries like China, Cuba, Vietnam, etc from the West is not as simple "just buy a plane ticket there." They're not exactly crazy about a bunch of Westerners moving there after all the West has done to them. You don't get to "just move" to whatever country you want, you have engage with their immigration system, get a visa, get a work permit, etc etc, you know, the same things immigrants to the West need to do.
Even if you do all that, you're still not entitled to immigrate to a country just because you want to or because you ideologically align with them. You generally need to have a skill that the country you're immigrating to has a demand for and can't fill with its own population before they'll let you move there, you know, exactly like how immigration to the West works. I'm sure there are MANY people here that would love to live in a socialist country. Physically being able to go there is not the barrier for them.
