Appears to be Project Esky, though it’s for something called a Northstar headset, which I’d never heard of before.

Northstar seems to be a 3d printable AR headset of sorts. I am intrigued, though need to research it more.

Thats correct- like many open source projects, it appears to have gone through one or more confusing name revisions. Nonetheless, the github page indicates that there's been a push as recent as 3 months ago.
