The Rules

Posts must be:

  1. Links to news stories from...

  4. ...would make people who see the headline think, “That has got to be a story from The Onion, America’s Finest News Source.”

Please also avoid duplicates.

Comments and post content must abide by the server rules for Lemmy.world and generally abstain from trollish, bigoted, ableist, or otherwise disruptive behavior that makes this community less fun for everyone.

Largest supporter? I would have thought that was Saudi. Most of the groups US were fighting or dealing with originated from strict Sunni groups. Iran was working against many of those groups.

If you want anyone to give you the benefit of the doubt that you're authentically asking questions, you really need to switch off one of the largest troll instances.

I don't know. Lemmy world is right up there. I try to ignore the instance and treat people in good faith. It's a shame others don't.

Originally, I started on this instance after .world was unusable and down most days. I assumed if anyone could maintain an instance, it's the devs who created it. Ml has been pretty reliable. My other account on lemm.ee died. The one on shit.just.works don't work with jerboa if you want infinite scroll to work...

You could check my account and see I moderate 2 big communities. Usually trolls don't do that. Mods invest energy to build stuff, trolls suck energy out of stuff with low energy contributions.
