Reading the article, it sounds to me exactly as the headline implies. So tell me, what did he actually mean then?
Dealing with the strait should be up to Europe and the Middle East. Not about the war.
That the US could live well, while the strait is blocked. He never meant to say "i shouldnt have started the war"
Which is also a delusional statement.
