With previous Rexit's like the API debarcle etc. many users were left looking for an alternative, but with decision fatigue and bad UX etc. most did not find the Fediverse a viable option.

What needs to still improve, how can we be ready this time?

No I meant the app repository like play store, f-droid, app store, etc.

You can check whether the app collects or shares any data, and this one says it shares personal info with third parties. It doesn't elaborate any further than that.

I'm not going to read the entire source code to identify it. Someone else suggested redlib, so I'll probably go with that instead.
