Sucks because he does have some good ideas but they're totally lost in the sauce with his other craziness, there are a LOT of problems with the American diet and health but this is not the fucking guy.
The good ideas he has feel like a stopped clock situation, honestly.
It’s like talking to someone who’s WAY too into wellness and crystals and “energy” - some particular aspects of their life are probably WAY healthier than the average bear, but taking it all together makes you say “what the actual fuck? Are you serious?”
Yeah haha, that's why it sucks so bad, he's like the first guy in such a high position to bring up psychedelics, but he's also batshit crazy so it's not a good look. Ugh.
Any seemingly good ideas he has fall into two categories- the right idea for very wrong reasons or wellness nonsense with no scientific basis.
