This is fully a guess, not familiar with the codebase at all, but I assume it’s because the account is new rather than running image transcription and filtering given how expensive (in compute) that’d be

No. I’m under the impression that, as a whole, the people who build bots over on Programming are shit because this is shit on the level of Piefed auto-marking anyone that uses an emdash as an AI.
