I'll start an argument: calling the walkers a name that sounds like the word "at" twice or calling them "Haiti-Haiti" minus the H are both acceptable.

I don't correct anyone that says "at at" but I do judge them silently.

Lol, that's fair. I would never infringe on someone's silent judgement :D It made sense to me that the Rebel Army would have different and abbreviated nicknames for things. Armed forces guys in the US at least are kind of notorious for having abbreviations and pet names for things. For instance a "Huey" is a name for an Iriqouis helicopter. Actually, couldn't think of better examples so I found a pretty solid article about it.
