Pretty sure you failed to understand what happened. You didn't recognise the name, but you pretty damn surely know of her.
Friends finished in May 2004, there are people nearly 20 years old to whom that series is nothing more than "something their parents used to watch".
Of Lisa Kudrow? No I'm pretty sure I didn't know of her. Her photo didn't look familiar to me at all. I doubt it matters to anything though. I'm fairly certain that I've never seen the show.
