They removed the post about how Hilary's campaign supported Trump and made up a rule on the spot about not being recent. The first rule they noted as an excuse states:

Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

which has nothing to do about being recent nor any other rules. They simply censor any valid critiques of certain politicians which is very dangerous, especially for a community that big.

Old articles are outside the scope of the politics communities since they're about recent ones. Maybe there should be a political discussion community that can discuss old articles and relate them to the current political climate.

Edit: looks like the politics community doesn't have that rule about recent articles like the news communities, seems like a valid post to me
