Unfortunately, I couldn't get any model to understand Donald Trump and had Bing threatening me one more time with a ban for not respecting their ToS, so I went for Stable diffusion with a fat old redhead man, Then use negative prompt to remove beard/moustache, and as my model where too girly, ask to remove breast too
